We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of government building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements
- Maintain site records, measurements, progress reports, and daily work updates




- Identify and resolve site-related issues to ensure uninterrupted project execution

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in building construction projects
- Experience in Government Projects (MES/CPWD/PWD or similar) will be preferred
- Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, construction methods, and quality standards
- Ability to read drawings and manage site activities efficiently
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
