Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production, maintenance, quality, planning, stores, dispatch, safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and Utilities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery commitments.
- Improve productivity, machine utilization, OEE, and operational efficiency.
- Drive preventive maintenance and minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor production planning, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, statutory requirements, and EHS standards.
- Manage plant budgets, manufacturing costs, and operational KPIs.
- Develop and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring employee engagement and performance.
