Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain solid, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, risk profiles, and current situations to identify appropriate products and services.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and through referrals, cross-selling, and up-selling relevant solutions.




- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and product information to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product specialists, operations, and compliance, to deliver seamless client experiences and solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and ensure compliance.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Educate clients on new products, services, and market developments relevant to their financial goals.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, seminars, and networking functions.
