Job Title: Nursing Superintendent

Location: Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission Hospital, Agali, Attappady, Kerala

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead and oversee all nursing services within our hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, infection control, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

B.Sc. Nursing/GNM Nursing (preferred)

Valid Kerala Nursing Council registration

Minimum 15 years of nursing experience, including leadership and hospital administration

Strong knowledge of NABH standards, infection control, nursing audits, and quality improvement

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor nursing staff





Ensure quality and patient safety standards

Develop nursing policies and SOPs

Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with statutory and accreditation requirements
