Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. You will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to understand their needs, goals, and feedback.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Communication: Act as the liaison between clients and internal team, effectively communicating project updates, timelines, and deliverables.




- Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role in the advertising or creative industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused with a passion for creativity and innovation.
