Your Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential clients, introduce EPOS Technology’s services, and generate interest.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and set up meetings or hand them over to the BDE team.
- Handling Inquiries: Answer inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with prospects to convert them into active leads.
- Data Management:



Keep an accurate and updated record of all calls, conversations, and leads in our CRM/database.

What You Must Have (Requirements):

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills (Fluency in English and Hindi/Local Language).
- A confident, polite, and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- High energy levels and a serious attitude towards meeting calling targets.
- Ability to handle rejections gracefully and quickly bounce back for the next call.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and handling databases).
