Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist with experience or interest in dermatology to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing dermatology medications, providing patient counselling, ensuring medication safety, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense dermatology medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Counsel patients on the proper use of topical, oral, and injectable dermatology medications.
- Monitor medication therapy and report adverse drug reactions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Manage inventory, including stock control and expiry monitoring.
- Work closely with dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.




- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/PharmD).
- Valid pharmacist registration/licence as per local regulatory requirements.
- Experience in dermatology pharmacy is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of dermatology medications and patient counselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Versatile to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of dermatological treatments, biologics, and specialty medications.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and pharmacy management systems.
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality healthcare delivery.

Job Type

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,182.13 per month
