About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers who are eager to start their careers in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are willing to learn and grow in a dynamic work workplace, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other lead generation platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead information.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets related to outreach and lead generation.

Requirements

- BBA, MBA or any Graduate (Freshers can apply).




- 2026 pass-outs are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of the Business Development Executive (BDE) role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
