Ensure all procurement, sales, and supply chain processes are properly

implemented, followed, and continuously improved

 Standardize and document workflows across all stores

 Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations

 Drive consistency and operational discipline across the organization

2. Supply Chain Management

 Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and distribution across 13 stores

 Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or overstock

 Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

 Lead contract negotiations to secure best terms and performance

3. Team Leadership

 Manage and develop a team within the logistics function

 Train and support store managers on company processes and tools

 Foster accountability, performance, and continuous improvement

4. KPI & Performance Management

 Define and implement operational and strategic KPIs

 Provide clear visibility on performance at both group and store level

 Build dashboards and reporting tools for decision-making

 Monitor and improve key metrics (cost, service level, inventory turnover, etc.)

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

 Act as a central point of coordination between logistics, finance, marketing, and IT

teams

 Ensure smooth communication and transparency across departments

 Promote a “one team” mindset across the company

6. System & Transformation

 Play a key role in the implementation of a current IT system





 Ensure all supply chain processes are properly integrated into the system

 Work closely with IT to define requirements and test functionalities

 Lead change management and adoption across teams

 Monitor and follow up on transformation projects

Profile & Qualifications

 Proven experience (At least 5+ years) in logistics / supply chain management, ideally

in retail or multi-site environments

 Strong experience in team management

 Demonstrated ability to structure, optimize, and scale processes

 Experience with ERP or supply chain systems implementation is a strong plus

 Excellent analytical and organizational skills

 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

 Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
