About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to strengthen its market presence in Goalpara and Bongaigaon, Assam. The ideal candidate should have experience in the building materials industry and possess strong dealer handling, market development, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and business prospects.
- Promote Saburi Ply products and increase market penetration.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, carpenters, and influencers to generate demand.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence.




- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 2–5 years in the Building Materials industry.
- Experience in Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, or other related building products will be preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the local market of Goalpara and Bongaigaon will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
