Job Title: Area Sales Manager(1st Line)

[Experience in Critical Care Division is mandatory]

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and guide a team of Medical Representatives
- Develop business in assigned territories
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and customers
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a 1st Line Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Critical Care Division is mandatory
- Prior working experience in North Kolkata territory required
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
