- Sales & Revenue Targets: Accountable for the overall profitability (P&L;) of all stores in the cluster, ensuring conversion rates and revenue goals are met.
- Team Leadership: Recruits, trains, and mentors Store Managers and frontline staff.
- Inventory & Operations: Ensures consistent stock availability, supply chain coordination, and visual merchandising compliance.
- Customer Experience: Monitors service standards, resolves escalations, and ensures a seamless shopping experience.
