Testscenario is a growing software testing and QA company looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and support our sales growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients for QA and software testing services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and online research.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Update CRM and track outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation campaigns.




- Mentor and support junior Business Development Executives.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of business development experience in the IT Services industry (QA, software development, or related services).
- Solid communication and client engagement skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Laptop and reliable internet connection required.

Pay: ₹11,531.75 - ₹35,000.00 per month
