We're opening a premium fire-grilled burger counter in Sector 8B and need a manager who will run it like it's their own. This is a high-trust role: you are the founder's eyes on the floor and the single point of contact for every order that leaves the counter.

What you'll do:

- Run service end to end — open, expo, cash, close, daily reporting on Petpooja
- Own the pickup window; keep walk-up and delivery orders moving and never mixed up
- Hold the quality and speed standard so every burger leaves hot and juicy
- Manage a 3-person shift and the daily handoff with our commissary kitchen
- Track stock, raise daily orders, drive our Google rating, respond to guests
- Uphold FSSAI hygiene and cold-chain discipline

You'll need:

- 3+ years running a QSR, cafe, cloud kitchen, or restaurant counter
- The trust and self-direction to run the place when the owner is travelling
- Comfort with POS, basic Excel/Petpooja, WhatsApp reporting

We offer: ₹22–40k, monthly incentive on quality and reviews, one-month festival bonus, shift meals, and first claim on the senior role as we add outlets.
