Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head Counsellor to lead our counselling and admissions team. The role involves driving student enrolments, managing team performance, and ensuring a high conversion rate through effective counselling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the counselling team to achieve admission targets.
- Handle high-potential and priority leads to maximize conversions.
- Develop and execute effective counselling and follow-up strategies.
- Provide accurate and qualified career guidance for aviation programs.
- Monitor daily performance, conversion ratios, and lead pipeline.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign results.
- Conduct seminars, webinars,



and student engagement activities.
- Ensure high standards of communication and student experience.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or student engagement.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and conversions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in Aviation Training Institutes, EdTech, or Education sector will be preferred.
