- Generate and qualify new business leads through multiple channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking and field sales activities.
- Proactively follow up on company-provided leads and convert prospects into active, long-term clients.
- Identify, onboard and develop new business partners and associates to strengthen market reach and brand presence.
- Provide end-to-end onboarding, training and continuous operational support to partners and clients to ensure engagement and retention.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales, business development and revenue targets on a consistent basis.
- Present, demonstrate, and clearly communicate the company’s products, services and business models to prospective clients.
- Prepare, customize and deliver sales proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and prevailing market trends.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, pipelines and closures in the CRM system.
