We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Catalog Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our product listings across key marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.

You will be responsible for end-to-end cataloging—from bulk product uploads and metadata creation to error resolution, keyword optimization, and maintaining accurate inventory across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Catalog Creation & Bulk Uploads:

Create, upload, and update single and bulk product listings using platform flat files, templates, and dashboard upload tools on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.

Map categories, sub-categories, and product attributes (size, color, material, style, etc.) accurately according to each platform’s guidelines.

Listing Quality & SEO Optimization:

Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, key features, and descriptions.

Conduct keyword research to improve organic search visibility and product rankings.

Ensure high quality-check (QC) compliance for images, guidelines, and listing accuracy.

Catalog Maintenance & Inventory Tracking:

Update pricing, stock levels, variations (SKUs), and discount offers in real-time across all portals.

Monitor seller dashboards regularly to fix suppressed listings, listing errors,



image mismatches, and compliance flags.

Coordination & Support:

Coordinate with photography/design teams for image assets, infographics, and A+ content.

Raise tickets and coordinate with seller support teams (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho) for rapid issue resolution.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Hands-on experience managing listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and Myntra Partner Portal.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, data manipulation, flat files, bulk sheet uploads).

Understanding of marketplace algorithms, category guidelines, and indexing keywords.

Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle large SKU volumes accurately.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
