- Type medical reports, discharge summaries, prescriptions, and case sheets.
- Transcribe doctors' dictations into accurate written documents.
- Prepare OPD/IPD documentation and patient medical records.
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and medical terminology.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for document clarification.
- Organize and maintain medical files and reports.
- Complete documentation within the required turnaround time.
- Perform other administrative documentation tasks assigned by the hospital.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
