Gainz India Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Lead Handling Executive to manage customer inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, website forms, WhatsApp, phone calls, and referrals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, maintaining regular follow-ups, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to conversion.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Receive and manage leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-in customers.
- Respond to every recent lead within the defined response time.
- Understand customer requirements, usage, specifications, and budget.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
