Job Overview

V Tech Enviro Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering Trainee to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh ITI Civil graduates to gain hands-on experience in both office documentation and field execution.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers and will be involved in quantity measurements, site visits, project documentation, and basic site supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Documentation (50%)

- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets (L × B × D) using MS Excel.
- Assist in preparing daily progress reports and work logs.
- Verify site data and perform basic unit conversions.
- Support senior engineers with documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain project records and material registers.

Field & Site Execution (50%)

- Take site measurements using measuring tapes and other basic tools.
- Read and interpret 2D drawings and layouts.
- Assist in monitoring daily site activities.




- Support quality checks and material inspections.
- Ensure adherence to basic safety practices and site protocols.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

- ITI in Civil Draughtsman or ITI Civil Trade (NTC).

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Understanding of measurement techniques and unit conversions.
- Ability to read simple 2D civil drawings.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Good communication and a solid willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Disciplined and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
- Eager to build a career in Civil Engineering.
