About Us: Bhiduri Packaging is a growing manufacturing company based in Bhiwadi, specializing in the new supply and repair of HDPE partition bins as per customer requirements. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our footprint in the automotive and industrial sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads and build strong, long-term relationships with manufacturing companies, auto-parts manufacturers, and industrial clients.
- Client Consultation: Visit factory sites to understand specific client packaging needs and offer suitable, customized solutions.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deal Closure: Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and submit daily reports.
Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or industrial marketing. (Note: Prior experience in the packaging industry is a big plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Local Knowledge: Highly familiar with the industrial belts of Bhiwadi, Dharuhera, Neemrana, Bawal and Manesar is a big plus.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for daily field visits.
- Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by a robust desire to earn through performance incentives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive Fixed Salary (Based on experience).
- Incentives: Highly attractive Commission/Incentive structure based on achieving sales targets.
- Allowances: Travel and fuel allowances provided for all field visits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
