Role Overview

The Ecommerce / Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence across marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa and any such platform added. The role requires a robust understanding of catalogue management, marketplace promotions, analytics, and operational coordination.

1. Marketplace Management

- Manage brand presence across marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Nykaa
- Ensure listings, pricing, and product information are updated
- Maintain brand store and product pages

2. Catalogue Management

Product listing and uploads

- Image and content optimization for SEO
- Attribute mapping and category compliance
- Inventory updates and stock monitoring

3. Sales & Performance Optimization

- Track daily sales,



traffic, and conversion rates
- Identify best-selling products and underperforming SKUs
- Plan growth strategies for marketplace sales

4. Promotions & Campaigns

- Manage deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Participate in sale events (End of Reason Sale, Big Billion Days etc.)
- Optimize ad campaigns inside marketplaces

5. Inventory & Order Management

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Monitor order fulfillment and returns
- Reduce cancellations and stock-outs

6. Reconciliation & Finance

- Marketplace payment reconciliation
- Track commissions, penalties, and returns
- Ensure accurate settlement reporting

7. Data & Reporting

- Weekly and monthly performance reports
- Marketplace analytics and insights
- Competitor benchmarking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
