Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a strong background in software sales and international marketing. This role requires proactive lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals for our diverse portfolio of software products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Present and demonstrate software products to prospective international clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.




- Maintain accurate lead and client information using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

- MBA in Marketing/Sales or B.Tech/BE in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in software sales or IT business development (international market preferred).
- Good understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
