We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who excels in video editing, Canva design, and social media management (SMM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and delivering impactful presentations (PPTs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Content Creation

Create high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)

Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar

Add captions, transitions, music, and motion graphics for engagement

Transform raw footage into compelling storytelling content

2. Graphic Design (Canva)

Design social media posts, banners, and branding creatives using Canva

Maintain consistent brand identity across all visuals

Create thumbnails, infographics, and promotional creatives

3. Social Media Management (SMM)

Manage and grow platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube

Plan, schedule, and publish posts regularly

Monitor engagement, comments, and messages

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers)

PPT / Presentation Creation

Design professional and visually appealing presentations

Create pitch decks, internal strategy PPTs, and marketing reports

Ensure storytelling with clean, modern visuals

5. Content Planning & Calendar Management

Develop weekly/monthly content calendars

Align posts with campaigns, trends, and brand goals

Ensure consistency in posting schedule

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in video editing tools

Proficiency in Canva (must-have)

Good understanding of social media algorithms & trends

Basic knowledge of branding and content strategy

Excellent creativity and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Good to Have:

Experience in the financial sector

Good content writing skills

Copywriting skills for captions and hooks

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
