Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our recruitment consultancy in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining client and candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Understand client hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.




- Achieve recruitment targets and meet hiring timelines.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best recruitment practices.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing consultancy.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience in bulk hiring or non-IT/IT recruitment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,859.79 - ₹15,000.00 per month
