Job Summary

Sahyadri Infrastructure Group is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our projects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team, and schedule clients visits, and invite to clients at office.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.
- Schedule site visits, Schedule clients meeting.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel.
- Answer customer queries and provide complete project information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for appointments and lead updates.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or HSC/Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
