Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹50,000 per month (fixed + performance incentives)

What you'll do:

- Client Relationship Management: Serving as the dedicated contact to build rapport, trust, and long-term partnerships
- Business Development: Proactively identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the wallet share of existing clients
- Needs Analysis: Understanding client goals and providing customized solutions or advice
- Issue Resolution: Promptly addressing and resolving client complaints to ensure high satisfaction rates
- Strategic Collaboration: Liaising with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to meet client expectations and company goals
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing account performance, preparing reports, and tracking revenue targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, customer service, or account management preferred — freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; CRM exposure a plus
- Confident, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a client-facing career
