Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Contact prospective and existing customers to explain products, services, and current promotions.
- Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, answer inquiries, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Database Management: Record customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up notes accurately in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume quotas, lead generation goals, and conversion targets.
- Customer Support & Relationship Building: Maintain professional rapport with prospects, address objections tactfully, and follow up regularly.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help refine sales pitches and marketing strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education & Experience: High school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; prior experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Agent,



or Customer Service Representative is preferred (0–2+ years).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities in English (and local languages as required).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations, MS Office (Excel/Word), and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong objection-handling skills, patience, confidence, and a positive phone presence.
- Target-Driven: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced sales workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
