Civil Project Manager – High Rise Building Projects

Location: Silvassa

Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month (Depending on Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years as Project Manager in High-Rise Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential/commercial projects.

Ensure project completion within planned timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and site teams.

Monitor project planning, scheduling, billing, estimation, and resource allocation.

Review drawings, BOQs, DPRs, and construction methodologies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, manpower, and site operations.

Prepare project progress reports and conduct review meetings.





Requirements:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3+ years of Project Manager experience in high-rise building projects.

Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, billing, estimation, and quality control.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.

Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

- High Rise Building Projects: 4 years (Preferred)
- commertial: 2 years (Preferred)

Location:

- Silvassa, Daman and Diu (Preferred)
