- Inspect raw polymers, masterbatches, and finished plastic parts.
- Run tests for melt flow index (MFI), tensile strength, and density.
- Monitor injection molding and extrusion production lines.
- Track defects and lead root cause analysis (CAPA).
- Update Quality Management Systems (QMS / ISO 9001).
