Role Overview

- Interact with clients via calls, email, or online platforms
- Understand basic client requirements
- Explain company services/products in a simple way
- Maintain follow-ups and update lead status

Eligibility

- Preferred: B.Sc / BCA / B.E (IT background)
- Any graduate with good communication can apply
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

- Basic communication skills (English)
