Unlike traditional employment, this is a Project Execution Partnership Model, where The Home Construction brings the clients and projects, while our execution partners manage project delivery.
- Manage assigned turnkey construction projects from execution to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervise construction activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and site resources.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate project updates.
- Ensure safety standards and quality control throughout the project.
- Prepare snag lists and support final project handover.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial construction
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, architecture, interiors, or project execution.
Professionals with an existing execution team or site management experience will be preferred.
