JIRA Admin

- Experience with JIRA and CONFLUENCE as an administrator.
- Expert level tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience as a Jira Server Administrator




- Experience with any programming language(Java/c#, Groovy)
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and implementation of Atlassian tools and customization.
- Expert level experience creating custom Workflows, Issues, fields, and Screens
- Ability to integrate JIRA projects with Confluence Pages

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with setting up Confluence environment as a wiki site and ability to integrate with JIRA projects through API.
- Ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with contacts at all levels.
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and agile environment, including the ability to manage time and maintain an excellent work ethic.
- Should be flexible to work in 24*7 Support environment
