Job Summary

The Brand Promoter will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving consumer engagement, and promoting the company's premium alcoholic beverage portfolio across on-trade and off-trade channels. The role requires prior experience in the Alco-Bev industry, strong product knowledge, and the ability to execute promotional activities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the company's alcoholic beverage brands across retail outlets, bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and promotional events.
- Educate consumers, retailers, and trade partners about product features, quality, and brand positioning.
- Conduct product tastings, sampling activities, and brand activation campaigns where permitted.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and outlet staff.




- Ensure brand visibility through proper merchandising, POSM placement, and promotional displays.
- Support sales initiatives by generating consumer interest and increasing product offtake.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, responsible marketing practices, and company guidelines related to alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Brand Promoter, Sales Promoter, or Brand Activation Executive in the Alco-Bev industry.
- Robust understanding of liquor brands, consumer preferences, and trade channels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
