Your work profile

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, from requirement analysis to deployment and support
- Design, develop, test, and deploy attended and unattended RPA bots
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution approaches
- Translate functional requirements into technical workflows and automation scripts
- Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve scalability and maintainability
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, web applications, databases, Excel, SharePoint, and third-party APIs
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms
- Monitor bot performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and optimization
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), deployment activities, and post-production maintenance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD),



Solution Design Documents (SDD), and runbooks
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards within the organization
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Key skills required

- 5–8 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in RPA / Power Automate Desktop development
- Robust hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) development
- Good understanding of Power Automate Cloud Flows and their integration with PAD
- Experience with end-to-end RPA lifecycle implementation
- Proficiency in:
- UI automation (desktop & web)
- Excel automation and data manipulation
- File system operations and data extraction
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and connectors in Power Platform
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Office 365 ecosystem
- Familiarity with exception handling frameworks and logging strategies
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VBScript, or JavaScript)
- Understanding of version control and deployment processes
- Exposure to AI Builder, OCR, or intelligent document processing solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
