Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager – Offline Marketing to lead our on-ground promotional efforts and brand visibility initiatives. This role focuses on building strong local presence, developing strategic partnerships, and driving client acquisition through offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the wedding and events ecosystem and a passion for relationship-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Plan, organize, and manage participation in exhibitions, wedding fairs, and trade shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, hotels, decorators, photographers, and other vendors for cross-promotion.
- Identify and develop partnerships with banquet halls, luxury venues, and hospitality brands.
- Coordinate print marketing campaigns including brochures, flyers, banners, and outdoor advertising.
- Oversee brand presence at on-ground events, activations, and promotional setups.




- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads generated through offline channels.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of offline campaigns and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
- Manage vendor negotiations and marketing budgets for offline initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the wedding, events, hospitality, or luxury services industry.
- Strong network within the wedding/event ecosystem (venues, vendors, planners, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing exhibitions or promotional events.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with wedding planners, luxury brands, or hospitality groups
- Familiarity with regional markets and local vendor networks.
- Creative mindset for developing unique on-ground brand experiences.
