We are looking for a skilled and motivated STP Site Engineer to manage the execution, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil construction activities, mechanical equipment installation, project coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of projects while complying with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning of pumps, blowers, motors, valves, piping systems, agitators, clarifiers, and other STP equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret P&ID; drawings, GA drawings, equipment layouts, and mechanical drawings.
- Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams during installation and commissioning.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.




- Supervise civil construction activities including RCC structures, tanks, foundations, equipment bases, piping trenches, and finishing works.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Verify measurements, prepare work progress reports, and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure quality control of civil works and compliance with applicable standards.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of civil activities.
