Responsibilities

Marketplace & Website Operations

- Manage day-to-day backend operations on: Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tira, Shopify

and other E-commerce platforms

- Listing Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure listings follow platform policies and category guidelines
- Monitor listing suppressions, errors, and compliance issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing-related issues quickly
- Plan and upload banners, product listings, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain updated product catalogues with accurate descriptions, images, and SEOoptimised

content.

- Work with creative teams for assets and campaigns.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings
- Titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content coordination
- Ensure correct pricing, offers,



and stock availability across platforms
- Track daily sales, returns, and basic performance metrics
- Support forecasting, order management, and replenishment in collaboration with

demand planning and logistics.

- Manage Marketplace Ads
- Track daily sales, returns, cancellaQon rates

Inventory & Order Coordination

- Sync inventory between logistics, marketplaces, and website
- Track stock levels and raise alerts to avoid stockouts or overst

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
