We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our Narayana School Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving academic excellence, managing school operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring a high-quality learning environment aligned with the institution’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive academic excellence and ensure curriculum implementation as per State Board guidelines
- Monitor lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and student outcomes
- Analyze academic performance data and implement improvement strategies
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback

School Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day school operations including administration, discipline, and safety
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies
- Manage school infrastructure, facilities, and resource utilization

Staff Management & Development

- Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture

Student Development & Discipline

- Promote holistic development of students (academic & co-curricular)
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and student well-being
- Address student and parent concerns effectively

Parent & Stakeholder Engagement

- Build strong relationships with parents and the community
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and school events
- Represent the school in external forums and official interactions

Admissions & Growth





- Support student admissions and retention strategies
- Drive enrollment targets and brand positioning in the region
- Collaborate with management for school expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
- Minimum 5–12 years of teaching experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of State Board curriculum
- B.Ed preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
