Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, plan, and publish high-quality content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos across social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and content that reflects the company's brand voice.
- Research and use relevant keywords, hashtags, and SEO best practices to improve content visibility and discoverability.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Increase followers, subscribers, likes, shares, comments, and overall audience engagement through organic and paid strategies.
- Plan and execute campaigns to improve YouTube subscribers, video views, watch time, and channel performance.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with video editor to produce engaging visual content.




- Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries to build and maintain an active online community.
- Monitor social media analytics, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to support promotional campaigns and business goals.
- Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, and consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
- Continuously identify cutting-edge content ideas and growth strategies to improve social media performance and audience retention.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
