Area Sales Manager (Gujarat & Maharashtra)

- Handling Existing Customer and Daily Inquiry of Sales
- Daily visit to customers - Retail Stores of Gujarat and Maharashtra and other states
- Taking order from retail stores over call and WhatsApp
- Visiting retail stores for order on daily basis
- Visiting distributors for order
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Expansion of Market / Business Development.
- Brand / Category Presentation to Distributors and Retailers.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Visual Merchandising.
- Monitoring on Primary, Secondary Sales as well as Tertiary Sales.
- Competitors Activity Report to HO.
- Daily updates from Distributors Team.
- Motivating Distributors Team to achieve Target.




- Achieving Sales Budget of the dedicated area.
- Should be open to travel:
- Introduce the various forms of company support
- Provide a transparent picture of how the company expects the distributors and retailers to be servicing the market and interacting with the company regularly
- Collect the payment from the Distributor or Retailer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
