- Financial & Revenue Management: Oversees the annual operating budget, profit and loss (P&L;) performance, and capital improvements. Analyzes financial metrics and collaborates with revenue managers to set pricing and drive occupancy. [1, 2, 3]
- Operational Oversight: Manages day-to-day operations by coordinating with department heads to maintain service standards across the property. Conducts regular property walkthroughs and ensures compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. [1, 2]
- Guest Experience & Reputation:



Acts as the primary brand ambassador. Personally handles VIP guests, resolves escalated complaints, and monitors online reviews on platforms like Google and TripAdvisor to enhance the hotel’s image. [1, 2, 3]
- Human Resources & Leadership: Recruits, trains, and develops staff. Fosters a positive work culture, evaluates performance, and ensures optimal staffing levels across all shifts. [1, 2, 3]
- Sales & Marketing: Works alongside the sales team to develop marketing campaigns, packages, and promotions aimed at attracting target demographics and corporate clients.
