Zarnik Hotel Supplies is a B2B hospitality supplies company serving 150+ independent hotels every month across India, with export operations to international buyers under our Virucha brand. We work closely with hotels to keep their operations running smoothly by supplying everything they need, on time, every time.
About the Role
We're looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive to be the primary point of contact for our hotel customers. This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable closing a sale and following through on the details that keep customers happy. You'll manage the full customer relationship, from the first inquiry to order delivery and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming customer inquiries across WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into orders
- Prepare and share accurate quotations
- Track orders and coordinate to ensure timely delivery
- Manage sample requests and coordination
- Follow up on pending payments and collections
- Reconnect with past customers to drive repeat business
- Proactively reach out to build and grow the customer base
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Comfortable managing high volumes of WhatsApp, email, and phone communication
- Good with follow-ups and closing loops, nothing falls through the cracks
- ERPNext or CRM experience preferred, but not mandatory. We'll train you on our systems
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask across multiple customer accounts
