Quality Management

- Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (ISO 9001/IATF 16949, if applicable).
- Ensure all quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and quality records are properly maintained.
- Monitor adherence to quality standards throughout production.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

- Supervise inspection of incoming raw materials, purchased components, and outsourced parts.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding supplier quality issues.
- Monitor supplier performance and quality improvements.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

- Ensure process inspections are conducted at all manufacturing stages.
- Monitor machining, forging, casting, threading, plating, polishing, and assembly quality.
- Analyze process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Final Quality Control (FQC)

- Ensure final inspection before dispatch.
- Verify product dimensions, appearance, packaging, labeling, and customer-specific requirements.
- Approve final inspection reports and release products for dispatch.

Customer Quality

- Investigate customer complaints using Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, etc.).
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with customers regarding quality issues and improvement activities.

Non-Conforming Product Control

- Identify, segregate, and monitor rejected products.




- Ensure proper disposition of rejected material.
- Reduce rejection and rework through continuous monitoring.

Internal & External Audits

- Assist in planning and conducting internal quality audits.
- Coordinate external audits by customers and certification bodies.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- Customer Complaint Rate
- Rejection Percentage
- Rework Percentage
- Supplier PPM
- Customer PPM
- First Pass Yield (FPY)
- Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)

Team Management

- Guide and supervise QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, and Line Inspectors.
- Conduct training on quality standards, inspection methods, and SOPs.
- Evaluate team performance and identify skill development needs.

Continuous Improvement

- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S activities.
- Drive process improvements to reduce defects and improve productivity.
- Support implementation of mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) techniques.

Pay: ₹30,200.00 - ₹40,700.00 per month
