Desqoo is a growing furniture brand offering innovative and high-quality furniture solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Digital Sales Executive to manage online sales enquiries and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through digital channels, including the website, WhatsApp, social media, email, and online marketplaces.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities,



and customer interactions in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in digital sales, inside sales, tele sales, or customer sales.
- Experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
