Sales Executive – International Process (Work From Home)

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join our Australian BPO team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in international sales or lead generation and be confident in handling Australian customers. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with Australian customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Promote and sell services including:
- Electricity & Gas
- NBN (Internet)
- Health Insurance
- Solar
- Battery Solutions
- VEU Programs
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.




- Experience in lead generation and outbound sales.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong spoken English is mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 6 months to 3+ years of experience in International Sales or Lead Generation.
- Mandatory experience in Australian or UK BPO.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Solar
- Battery
- Energy
- Electricity & Gas
- Utility Sales
- Freshers are not eligible. Only experienced candidates should apply.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Shift Timings

- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Work From Home
