What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Strategic Sourcing: Identify, research, and vet digital creators and influencers across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn who align with our clients' brand values.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze creator metrics (engagement rates, follower demographics, and growth trends) using social media analytics tools to ensure high ROI for campaigns.
- Outreach & Negotiation: Initiate first contact with creators, pitch collaboration opportunities, and assist in negotiating deliverables and compensation.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and optimize our creator CRM database,



ensuring all communications and contract statuses are accurately tracked.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the campaign management team to ensure smooth onboarding of creators and timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest internet trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to keep our outreach strategies ahead of the curve.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree in any specialization (2023/2024/2025/2026 pass-outs).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You must be able to draft compelling, personalized emails and DMs that stand out in a creator's busy inbox.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and basic data analysis to evaluate influencer performance.
- Tech-Savvy: A strong native understanding of social media platforms, digital culture, and the creator economy.
- Proactive & Organized: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach threads simultaneously without dropping the ball.
