Job Purpose :Property search and general administration for company operated centers. This is for chennai location.

Job Description :This role is responsible for driving end-to-end property acquisition for company-owned centres, including on-ground sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and closure of lease deals. The individual will actively build a solid pipeline of viable properties, lead discussions with landlords and brokers, and ensure seamless execution from finalization to possession. In addition, the role involves overseeing basic administrative operations across centres, including vendor coordination, facility upkeep, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, field-driven, and takes complete ownership of outcomes with minimal supervision.

Minimum Education :Any Graduate

Skills :Strong on-ground property sourcing ability (beyond brokers,



via local networks)
Practical negotiation skills with landlords/brokers (rent, deposit, terms)
High execution discipline (tracks pipeline, pushes till closure)
Basic commercial judgement (can differentiate viable vs bad deals)
Local market awareness (micro-markets, supply trends, catchment understanding)
Admin & coordination capability (vendors, maintenance, compliance tracking)

Experience :3-5 years

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
