Job description:

- Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, & Printers), software applications (Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office 2013,Office 365, Open Office 4.1, Symantec AV)
- Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems through SCCM / External device (Windows 10).
- Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook.
- Installation and Managing of antivirus products.
- Taking / Monitoring Regular data backup, restoration of data & mail backup of MS outlook.
- Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1 level.
- Basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, Firewall basic installation.
- Vendor Management & maintaining onsite Asset inventory. IMAC process understanding.
- Configuring & Troubleshooting of Network printers, scanners & Local printers at L1 Level.
- Resolving tickets within the SLA,



which is raised from End User side supporting through floor support/Remote support & Call, support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT support for warehouse users and operations.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, handheld devices, and Wi-Fi issues.
Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP issues).
Support installation and replacement of IT assets and devices.
Coordinate with central IT and vendors for issue resolution.
Maintain IT asset records and basic support documentation.
Ensure operational readiness and quick incident response within the warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
