- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on soft skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, etc.)
- Train students in Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Design and update training materials, mock tests, and evaluation tools.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with Placement Cell to align training with industry expectations.
- Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to prepare students for campus placements.
- Track and report training progress and outcomes.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
